I live in a house that doesn’t generally look kindly at vegans and so its hard for me to eat the way I would like. Owning a book like this would hopefully make people know I’m serious about living a vegan lifesytle.

I am a vegan and loving it. I have a vegan cookbook, but I haven’t cooked much out of it because the stuff is bland. I am hoping to win this, and use it to become healthier while eating enjoyable meals!

I have two friends, one vegan the other vegetarian. I am really greatly encouraged with how healthy they are. I am gradually adopting vegetarian and vegan meals. I try hard to think of dishes and food to avoid meat, but most of the time I ran out of ideas.
I really hope that I could win this book, since it will really give me more knowledge to becoming a vegaratian myself.
